How do I return my product(s) ?

  • Thebaap.com is not liable to refund amount for an order if it is not accepted by the customer at the time of delivery.
  • Any Cashback/Promotional offer will not be applicable at the time of return of an Order.
  • Customers can exchange or return their order within 15 days of delivery, however they must place a return request within 4 days of delivery through our portal.
  • All items must be in unused and original condition, with no wear and tear in tags, packaging or the item itself. Thebaap.com holds the right to cancel the return request after the receipt of returned item if it is in altered condition.
  • You can only place a request for return an order through our portal by logging in and going to my orders.
  • Not any refund will be approved from thebaap.com until there is a manufacturing defect in your order. All refunds will be made in your thebaap wallet which you can use 100% in your next orders.
  • Shipping and COD charges will not be refunded. However you might be charged the minimum liable amount for reshipping the product, or shipping it to us.
  • In order to return an item you need to ship it to our address at your own expenses. You can easily find our mailing address in contact us page.
